Development and applications in yeast cell surface display system

The system of yeast cell surface display appears uniquely predominance among various display systems so far developed,because of its suitable expression in the functional proteins of different sizes and with post-translational modification.The system was successfully used to display proteins and peptides,such as enzymes,hexa-His,antigens and antibodies.The fundamental theory and applications of yeast surface display system were also introduced in this paper.
