Detection of Pathogenic Escherichia coli from Yak Using Indirect Immunofluorescent Assay

An indirect immunofluorescent assay(IFA) was developed for the detection of pathogenic escherichia coli from artificially infected rabbits and diseased yak.The results showed that the developed IFA was highly specific,sensitive and could be used for general assay of pathogenic escherichia coli from yak.
