Optimization design of the bell-crank rocker type plate turnover machine

The composition and working principle of the bell-crank rocker type plate turnover machine have been analyzed,the objective function has been established using Constrained Coordinate Supersede Technic,and the main parameters such as the transmission angles,bar dimensions including angles of the plate turnover mechanism and receiving mechanism have been optimized.The plant testing results showed that the turnover and receiving parts run more smooth and easy after optimized.
