Organisational resilience has become an essential element of business as organisations fight back and remain operational and competitive even in the face of unexpected adverse situations. Expectedly, owing to its important value, research on organisational resilience has continued to gain traction among academics who seek to unravel various issues about the subject matter. Challenging, however, is that such extant studies are very much fragmented due to their diversity, making it difficult to appreciate their outputs fully. Thus, adopting the systematic literature review approach, we scan the extant literature to identify, evaluate, and thematically categorise the findings and key arguments of the relevant extant studies on organisational resilience. By thematically combining the fragmented literature, we provide a holistic view of what has been done in the domain, considering organisational resilience definition and measurement, development, and enhancement strategies. With such an arrangement, highlighting what has been and yet to be done about organisational resilience, it becomes much easier for academic scholars to know where to focus future research in the domain, contributing to the literature.
