Study on Efficacy of Florfenicol Combination with TMP Water-soluble Powder against Experimental Colibacillosis in Chickens

To investigate the effect of florfenicol combination with TMP powder against experimental colibacillosis in chickens,the experimental chickens were divided into health control group,infection control group,florfenicol control group and three groups with different doses of florfenicol combination with TMP.By contrast test,the results showed that the efficacy of florfenicol combination with TMP remarkably better than that of the others,especially the doses of high and middle group,between which there was no obvious difference.The best dispensing ration was 5∶1,the drug level was 50 μg/mL,that contained florfenicol 42 μg and TMP 8 μg pre-milliliter drug.
