Analysis of Clinical Effects with Surgery in Children Obstructive Sleep Apnea Hypopnea Syndrome

Objective:To analyse the etiology of children OSAHS and the clinical effects of treatment in children OSAHS by surgery.Methods:To remove tonsil and(or)adenoids by surgery under anesthesia.Results:The clinical symptom disappeared completely in 74 patients(90.2%),relieved in 5 patients(6.1%),and had no change in 3 patients(3.7%).Conclusion:Removing tonsilla palatina and adenoids by surgery is a very important method to cure children OSAHS.
