Study on time properties of newly type inorganic scintillator cerium fluoride(CeF_3)

CeF3 is a newly fast time response inorganic scintillator , the time characteristics of which, developed in recent ountry in nearly year were studied in our works. The time characteristics are rise time ,FWHM time and fall time for fast pulse radiation source . As the same time ,we have calculated and used the formula of pulse method gain to the decay time constant of crystal shining , the decay time constant measured is the same to the results of foreign references .
