By comparing with boric acid production by borax acidification experiments using sulfuric acid and hydrochloric acid respectively,the effects on the crystallization of boric acid,such as acid varieties,acidity of solution,neutralization temperature,crystallization temperature,solid-liquid ratio of reaction,temperature reducing method,stirring speed and so on,were studied.The experiment condition for borax acidification was optimized,and the purity of obtained boric acid can reach 99.7%,and even 99.9% after further recrystallization.This technique provided reference conditions for production of high purity boric acid.And environment pollution was reduced by recycling mother solution.By-product sodium salt can be refined or produce boric fertilizer,increasing the recovery rate of boric acid and fully utilizing the boron resources.
