The Molecular Mechanisms of Correlation between Autophagy and Apoptosis

Autophagy,as a programmed cell death,is a series of biochemical process that eukaryocytes perform auto-digestion through degradating personal cytoplasm and organoid,and has distinguished differences with apoptosis in biochemistry metabolic pathway and morphology.Recent researches found that autophagy could intercoordinate and convert with apoptosis to promote cell death through inner molecular regulation mechanisms.Research about interaction of autophayg and apoptosis not only can reveal the potential mechanism of the formation and development of neoplasm,but also provide a new way to treat the neoplasm.
