Finite Element Analysis of Vibration Modes of Piezoelectric Feeding Vibrator

The modes of a novel piezoelectric feeding vibrator were analyzed with the help of finite element software ANSYS,in which the vibrator was used in the ultrasonic-based traveling wave feeding device.The effects of structural parameters of piezoelectric vibrator on vibration modes were discussed.As the result was shown for reference with the improvement of structural parameters in piezoelectric feeling vibrator to come next.The numerical results offered useful basis both for research and design of piezoelectric vibrator.
