Pesticides Test of Thiamethoxam on Controlling Sugarcane Thrips

Pesticides test of Thiamethoxam on controlling sugarcane thrips was carried out.The results showed that Thiamethoxam was effective for control of sugarcane thrips.After 30 days,45 days and 60 days,control efficiency of each Thiamethoxam treatment was above 80%.Moreover,control efficiency of the treatments after applying Thiamethoxam 70% twice and 25% twice was 93.75% and 94.63%,respectively.Thiamethoxam has good effect and long effective duration on controlling sugarcane thrips.
