摘要
In this abstract, we will discuss our efforts in realizing metasurfaces and metalenses for miniaturization of optical devices. First, we will present metalens-integrated VR/AR devices with wide field-of-view, small focal length, compact form factor, and light weight. Next, we will introduce metasurface holographic display with high information capacity and tunability for VR/AR devices, 3D displays, and smart security. Then, we will share metasurface-driven full-space structured light for three-dimensional imaging. Lastly, we will present our new fabrication method for large-area metasurface manufacturing with low cost and high throughput.
