Supramolecular assembly of an organoplatinum( ii ) complex boosts intersystem crossing for potentiated photocatalytic therapy and disulfidptosis

PtATPA, a self-assembling Pt( ii ) complex, forms nanostructures via Pt⋯Pt/π–π interactions, boosting photophysics for enhanced PCT. In A549 cells, it triggers oxidative stress-induced disulfidptosis, offering a metal-complex strategy to advance PCT.
