Effect of nano-zinc oxide on liver metallothionein of AA chicken.

The study was conducted to evaluate the effect of nano-zinc oxide on liver metallothionein in Arbor Acres chicken which was treated with 40 mg/kg Zn as zinc sulfate,and 30,40 and 60 mg/kg Zn as nano-zinc oxide,respectively.The result indicated that compared to control group,40 mg/kg Zn and 60 mg/kg Zn as nano-zinc oxides could improve the content of MT of liver significantly(P0.05).
