摘要
Metal halide hybrid perovskite materials are widely used in optoelectronic devices, especially on flexible versions due to their unique solution processability at low temperature, which is perfectly compatible with thermal-sensitive flexible substrates. Compared with the rigid counterpart, flexible optoelectronic devices have surely wider applications. For instance, owing to the lightweight and bendability, flexible perovskite solar cells (FPSCs) can be applied for portable power sources, self-powered electronics, etc. Flexible light-emitting diodes (LEDs) can be used in consumer electronics and lighting systems with irregular surfaces. Therefore, this chapter is divided so that we successively introduce the applications of metal halide perovskite in solar cells, photodetectors, LEDs, and lasers. Moreover, we provide a systematic and comprehensive review of materials, structures, and methods for improved performance and flexibility of these flexible devices. Finally, this chapter concludes with a discussion on the future research trend of perovskite-based flexible optoelectronics and their potential applications.
