Phased Flow: The Ultimate Initiator Injection System

The Phase pump was designed to eliminate the loss of flow indicative of the standard reciprocating intensifier. This paper will look at the discharge characteristics of the conventional reciprocating pump. Also we will briefly address attempts to minimize the negative effects inherent to the reciprocating pump. This paper will also address how the phase pump corrects the shortcomings of the reciprocating pump. The phase pump also allows other benefits, which will be discussed. Ten years of field data has shown the phase pump to increased production, quality, safety thru predictability.
