Discussion on the Continuity of Parametric LP with Vector Parameter

This paper shows that,for parametric linear programs with vector parametric in the right side of the constraints,the solution set is a lower semi-continuous point to set mapping.This paper also gives a sufficient and necessary conditions, for the parametric linear programs with vector parametric in the objective,of the solution set being a lower semi-continuous point to set mappping.
