摘要
Post-transplant lymphoproliferative disorder (PTLD) is a heterogeneous disease that usually refers to a spectrum of abnormal lymphoid proliferations thought to be driven by uncontrolled B-cell expansion in the setting of a diminished T-cell response secondary to immunosuppression. It is the second most common malignancy reported in patients who receive a solid organ transplant and may be seen in 15% to 20% of these patients.1 The Epstein-Barr virus (EBV) is thought to play a role in the pathogenesis, affecting the cell signaling pathways and resulting in B-cell growth and survival.
