Nodular mucinosis of the breast: A rare entity

Nodular mucinosis of the breast (NMB) is an uncommondisease involving the nipple-areolar region. It usually presentswith asymptomatic, subcutaneous masses with indolent growthin women. Here, we report a 43-year-old man presented witha subcutaneous growth on the left nipple. Histopathologicalexamination confirmed the diagnosis of NMB. We report ourpatient in order to point out this rare disease and think that therecognition of of this entity is important for both clinicians andpathologists.
