Expanded Dual Hesitant Fuzzy Sets

The novel concept of expanded dual hesitant fuzzy set is introduced in this article. It is a combination of expanded hesitant fuzzy sets with dual hesitant fuzzy sets. It embraces the advantages of both models, namely, the ability to keep full information about the agents that submit each evaluation, and their consent to express non-membership as well as membership degrees too. We set forth its basic algebra and under the standard finiteness assumption we define scores on its constituents, namely, expanded dual hesitant fuzzy elements, and a flexible comparison law.
