The study of fine sawdust fluidization velocity in bubbling fluidized bed.

The equipment of the fluidized bed gasification is the important equipment in biomass thermal chemical conversion.The control and determination of fluidization condition will directly affect the quality and efficiency of the reaction.With fine sawdust as raw material,in the conditions of 2%~4% perforated rate of distributor,particle size of d0.28 mm and the bed height of 0.4D,0.8D,1.2D,1.6D,2.0D(D=183 mm),the fluidization velocities are determined in cold bubbling fluidized bed.The results of this experiment show that the effects of perforated rate of distributor and the bed height on critical fluidization velocity are rather light.
