Study on the Private Capital’s Participation in Infrastructure Construction

At present, it is not optimistic for the private capital to invest on infrastructure in China overall. A lot of barrier limited private capital’s participation in infrastructure. The paper analyzes major problems which the private capital has encountered, and tries hard to solve these problems.
