Study and implement of SOAP message system

This article has analyzed the reason that Internet data can not freely exchange and information and soft ware module can not share between the application procedures. Solutions to this problem by means of SOAP Protocol has been presented. SOAP protocol has been simply described, including structure of SOAP, element of SOAP, regulation of code and using SOAP via HTTP. Structure of SOAP message system is formed, and all the functions of this structure are implemented.
