Effect of Different Inorganic Ion on Growth of Pleurotus ostreatus Mycelium

Pleurotus ostreatus mycelium was cultivated in basic culture medium with different concentration K_2SO_4, MgSO_4,Na_2SO_4.The results showed that the growth of Pleurotus ostreatus mycelium was promoted significantly in basic culture medium with 0.3%K_2SO_4,0.4%K_2SO_4,0.5%K_2SO_4 and 0.2%MgSO_4.
