TiO2 nanotube arrays were fabricated by electrochemical anodization of Ti foil in glycerin(or glycol),H2O and NH4F electrolyte. To study the influence of voltage, reaction time and electrolyte to TiO2 nanostructure and photocatalytic performance,SEM and XRD were used to analysis the morphology and composition of TiO2 nanotube arrays. The crystal phase transition were also investigated here under anneal temperature. The result shows that higher voltage and longer reaction time lead to better degradation ratio of methyl orange, using electrolyte composed of glycerin surpass that of glycol.
