Evaluation on Medical Risks in the Rural

Through the grassroots survey and literature review,it was concluded that medical risks in the rural grassroots were mainly caused by objective factor,medical institute and its clerk,and the patient.These factors were further particularized into 39 concrete indexes.Then,fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is adopted to evaluate the medical risks in the rural grassroots.A typical case analysis showed that there were general characters and differences of the sources of the medical risks in the grassroots.The main source of grassroots medical risk and some related problems were revealed.
