Research on the Relationship of Supply Chain Design,Supply Chain Integration,Information Sharing and Supply Chain Performance

This study proposes the theoretical model of relationship among supply chain design,supply chain integration,information sharing and supply chain performance based on the sample of manufacturing enterprises of Pearl River Delta area in Guangdong Province.The result shows that supply chain design has significant positive influence on supply chain integration as well as supply chain performance.The influence of supply chain design on information sharing is not significant positive,while it has an indirect effect on information sharing with supply chain integration as the intervening variable.Supply chain integration has significant positive influence on information sharing and supply chain performance,while a lower level of information sharing does not have significant positive influence on supply chain performance.Based on the empirical study and environment of Chinese culture,some management suggestions are concluded.
