OBJECTIVE:To summarize the progress of research on targeted for cancer.METHODS:A total of 556 papers were searched with molecular targeted therapy and lung as the key words in PUBMED and CNKI database from 2000 to 2010,531 papers of literzatuie in English and 25 in Chinese. The selection standards for the date related:1) TKI in cancer;2)VEGF in cancer;3)Multi-targeted Therapy in cancer.According to the above standard,24 were finally selected and analyzed.RESULTS:The study on TKI is correspondingly perfect. In a phase Ⅲ trial of gefitinib for the second-line therapy, gefitinib is compared with docetaxel, the risk ratio (HR) 1.020,median survival time (MST) was 7.6 months vs 8.0 months;A phase Ⅲ trial of gefitinib for the first-line indicates EGFR mutations may be play a very important role on predictive factors. In a phase Ⅲ trial of bevacizumab, the PFS of bevacizumab combined with chemotherapy group was 6.2 months, that of single-chemotherapy group was 4.5 months for recurrent NSCLC patients. In a phase Ⅲ trial of endostatin for the treatment of advanced NSCLC,the response rate of endostatin combined with NP group was 35.4%,the of single-NP group was 19.5%.CONCLUSIONS:With the rapid development of targeted of cancer, the use of targeted drugs on cancer has a wide perspective. It opens a new direction for the treatment of cancer when the efficacy of the traditional therapies reaches a platform.
