Optically controlled CPW InP HEMT MIMIC oscillators designed by an illuminated HEMT model

This paper demonstrates a novel InP HEMT structure to enhance the photo-response, an illuminated HEMT model for the novel HEMT structure and measurement and large signal simulation of optically controlled MIMIC characteristics.
