Puzzles and Prospective Application of Stem Cell Technique in Stomatology

The technique of stem cells such as bone marrow stem cells and embryonic stem cells has been applied in stomatology, and a series of significant advances has been made in researches on dental pulp stem cells, periodontal stem cells and stem cells from tooth germ, which makes it possible to break a new path for the treatment of stomatological diseases. But there are still technologic and ethical problems to deserve further research.
