Preparation and Characterization of Electroless Nickel Coating on Aluminum Alloy Surface

Ni-P alloy coatings were prepared on aluminum alloy surface by electroless deposition.Influences of parameters on the morphology,phase structure and corrosion resistance of the alloy coatings were discussed.Results showed that temperature has obvious effect on the morphology,while has no significant effect on the phase structure.The Ni-P alloy coating obtained at 84 ℃ present better corrosion resistance.
