Application Properties of the Di-trimethylolpropane Phosphate Salt Antistatic Agent on Polyester Fiber Fabrics

Polyester fiber fabrics were finished with Di-trimethylolpropane phosphate salt a-ntistatic agent.The effects of reaction conditions,such as the antistatic agent concentration,baking temperature,baking time and polyester fabric wash times of polyester fabric antist-atic performance effect are discussed.The optimum finishing conditions were as follows:antistatic agent 20 g/L、baking temperature 170℃、baking time 80.The finished polyester fiber fabrics has good antistatic properties.After finishing of polyester fabric 50 times washing antistatic performance remains good.
