The Observation of the Effect of Strengthening Study of the Guidance of Using Antibiotics on the Application of Antibiotics during Perioperative Period

Objective To analyze the condition of the application of antibiotics during perioperative period before and after the strengthening study of the guidance of using antibiotics.Methods 320 cases of clinical data of patients who were treated by surgery in our hospital from Jan 2007 to Jan 2011 were selected.160 cases before the strengthening study were as group A and 160 cases after the strengthening study were as group B.The application of antibiotics during perioperative period in the two groups was analyzed.Results The using time in group B was significantly shorter(P 0.05) and the average fee of drugs and antibiotics were also lower(P 0.05),the combination using of antibiotics was significantly improved in group B(P 0.05).Conclusion The strengthening study of the guidance of using antibiotics can significantly promote the rational use of antibiotics during perioperative period.
