Finite Element Analysis and Optimal Design for YJ3128 Dump Truck's Sub-frame

It's forces under the joint working conditions in bending and torsion stress are analyzed by finite element analysis soft ware ANSYS.While the truck is running on the bumpy road.the causes of the sub-frames' fatigue crack is identified,and its structure is improved and optimized.This analysis method provides important reference for the structure design and improving of the truck's frame,which working in mining and other wild places.
