Determination of Matrine in Matrine Cream HPLC

Aim To develop an effective method for quality control of Matrine Cream. Methods The technique of performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) was used to determine matrine. Results Good linearity was shown between the concentration and peak area in the concentration range of 0.155～1.24μg for matrine. The average recovery rate was 97.45% and RSD1.51%. Couclusion The Method is simple, effective and accurate, and can be used for controlling the quality of Matrine Cream.
