Objective: To explore application and effectiveness of craniotomy with small bone flap for the early treatment of hypertensive intraeerebral hemorrhage.Methods: A retrospective analysis of 40 patients in our hospital underwent Early craniotomy with small bone flap invasive surgery,evaluate Short-and long-term curative effect.Results: Among the 40 patients,30 patients were good-recovery,8 patients were moderate-deficit,4 patients were severe-deficit,3 patients were persistent vegetative status,5 patients died,and 2 patients self-discharged.The volume of remaining hematoma the first day after operation,the 30%(n=24),30%-50%(n=12),50%(n=4),and it was almost absent 3 to 7 days later.3 to 6 months after the operation.According to GOS,21 patients had good outcome,8 patients had moderate disability,1 patients had severe disability and 2 cases died.And 19 patients got 5 score in Activities of daily living(ADL) scale,9 patients got 4 score,3score(n=8),2score(n=2),1 score(n=2).Conclusion: Craniotomy with small bone flap have satisfying curative effect,and is suitable to be applied in primary hospital.
