It is difficult to construct the high-field electromagnetic radiation environment in a large-scale spatial for testing the radiated susceptibility of nonlinear avionics systems. And the alternative test method is required. In this article, the focus is on the shielded multicore wire coupling channel for nonlinear avionics. The response calculation model is established for each wire pair under irradiation and double bulk current injection conditions. It is deduced that there is the linear equivalence between the two injection sources and the radiated field intensity, providing a basis for obtaining the equivalent injection sources and linear extrapolation. Taking practical operations into account, a calculation method is developed to determine the amplitude ratio and phase difference between the two injection sources. An equivalent test method is presented for assessing the high-field-intensity electromagnetic radiation effects of nonlinear avionics in the shielded multicore wire coupling channel. The method is validated by simulating nonlinear avionics systems with a maximum error of less than 3 dB, which is applicable to nonlinear systems. Furthermore, the effectiveness of the method is affirmed through validation using an airborne computer.
