DIAGNOSIS AND TREATMENT OF LATE-DIAGNOSED PLEURAL EMPYEMA IN AN ADOLESCENT

Delayed detection of tuberculous pleurisy results in the development of pleural empyema, which requires complex treatment involving surgery.
