摘要
In recent years, key technology improvement has moved insect baculovirus expression vector system (BEVS)toward perfection.The establishment of insect cell lines as well as derived and modified cell lines suitable for large-scale production has enhanced the glycosylation ability and increased protein expression.The application of BaculoGold, Bac-to-Bac, flashBAC, BaculoDirect, and MultiBac has simplified the construction process and improved the restructuring efficiency.By deleting certain baculovirus genes, modifying promoters and introducing some regulatory sequences, the BEVS has been optimized to further improve protein expression.This paper reviews the development of construction technology of insect cells, baculovirus and recombinant baculovirus.
