PROCESS OF DISCOLORING THE POLYSACCHARIDE FROM LYCIUM BARBARUM

The article study the discoloring method of lycium barbarum polysaccharide,and make a comparison between two processes of discoloration. the best condition for the discoloration with H2O2 is put 6ml H2O2 to polysaccharide solution crude polysaccharide is 100 mg at 90 ℃ with pH9,discoloration time is 8 min ,polysaccharide content is 30.48 %. the best condition for the discoloration with NaClO is put 2 mL NaClO and 0.5 mL HCl to polysaccharide solution crude polysaccharide is 100 mg at 35 ℃,discoloration time is 1min ,polysaccharide content is 32.16 %. The decolourization with NaClO is better than H2O2.
