SEPARATION OF AMINO ACIDS BY CAPILLARY ELECTROPHORESIS USING 9-(2-CARBAZOLE)ETHYLCHLOROFORMATE(CEOC) AS DERIVATIZATION AGENT

A new method for the separation of amino acids by capillary electrophores is used and 9_(2_carbazole)ethyl chloroformate(CEOC) as derivatization is developed. The effect of some important factors on the separation was studied. Under the selected conditions, good separation was obtained .
