OBJECTIVE Reviewed pharmacokinetics′s research result of anticancer drugs′s liposome preparation.METHODS Read and summarized the pertinent literature,classified anticancer preparation.RESULTS and CONCLUSION Liposome preparation has the feature called target and delayed-release,it can elevate blood drug level and drugs′s bioavailability,it also make drugs′s elimination rate become slower than the liberative drugs.Liposome preparation can improve the therapeutic efficacy of anticancer drugs,and it can degrade the drug′s toxicity and side effect.
