摘要
The synthetic methods of lithium iron phosphate as lithium ion battery cathode material were introduced briefly.The fundamental process,improvement,merits,demerits of solid-phase synthesis were presented first,then the basic theory and research of liquid-phase synthesis including hydrothermal process,sol-gel process and co-precipitation process were introduced.And then modification status for lithium iron phosphate was described from crystal doping and non-crystal doping.The development trend of lithium iron phosphate was prospected at last.
