摘要
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of vacuum sealing drainage(VSD) in treating skin, soft tissue defects and chronic wounds. Methods Thirty-two patients with soft tissue defect and ulcers were chosen, among them, fifteen patients were treated with VSD as observation group, and the other seventeen patients were treated with changed dressings regularly as control group. The second phase suture, duration before skin-grafting,times of dressing, consumption of materials, and length of stay were observed and compared. Results All patients in observation group undergoing VSD treatment were cured after second phase treatment. However,in the control group, one patient was self-contained after dressings, eight patients were sutured of second phase after times of dressings, seven patients underwent infection and necrosis, and the wound were closed by times of debridement and skin-grafting of second phase, and one patient had amputation because of infection and necrosis. There were statistic difference of second phase suture, duration before skin-grafting,times of dressing, and length of stay between observation group and control group(P0.01). Conclusion The VSD technique as an assistant treatment can prevent the infection of the wound, improve the growth of granulation tissue of the wound.Adequate drainage can shorten the time of treatment and prevent infection, which is a simple and effective way to treat skin, soft tissue defects and ulcers of distal limb.
