[Objective] The research aimed to prepare glycerol / Ti O2 microporous PVDF membrane for membrane distillation. [Method] We used immersion precipitation phase inversion method to prepare microporous PVDF membrane. The impacts of mixed additives of glycerol / Ti O2 in different proportions on performance and structure of microporous PVDF membrane were studied. [Result] The withholding of the Bovine serum protein about the microporous membrane was basically above 90%; and the change of the water flux was 3- 22 L /( m2·h). [Conclusion] When Ti O2 was 3%,and the content of glycerol was 0. 4 g,the performance of the membrane was relatively good. Then we used the microporous membrane prepared at the optimal condition to conduct experiment of Na Cl solution separation in membrane distillation device. The results showed that the desalination rate could reach 30%. And we got the optimal operation condition about the experiment: the temperature of the fluid is 50 ℃; the flow rate is 5 L / h; the fluid concentration is 15 g / L.
