Detoxification of dichlormid and AD-67 on wheat to acetochlor

The detoxifications of dichlormid and AD-67 to acetochlor were assayed with wheat in laboratory.The detoxifications of dichlormid,AD-67 were effective to acetochlor in tests.The detoxification in 5.0 μg/mL(a.i) acetochlor amended dichlormid 10.0 μg/mL(a.i) to the wheat buds was the best,it was 18.75%.The detoxification in 5.0 μg/mL(a.i) acetochlor amended AD-67 10.0 μg/mL(a.i) to the wheat buds was the best,it was 13.07%.But two safeners cannotcompletely relieve acetochlor'poison to the wheat buds and roots.
