STUDY ON AMINO-OLIGOSACCHARIDE AGAINST RALSTONIA SOLANACEARUM

Amino-oligosaccharide was applied to control bacterial wilt of tomato caused by Ralstonia solanacearum. The results indicated that amino-oligosaccharide could inhibit Ralstonia solanacearum completely on NA,when it was diluted less than 400 times. It reached the minimum inhibition concentration ,when it was diluted 500 times. Comparing thecontrol efficacy of irrigating as well as spraying ,irrigating and spraying after soaking , the control effect of irrigating as well as spraying was best and it was 51.72% in greenhouse.
