Analysis on Coordinated Control System of 350MW Unit

TPS system of HONEYWELL Company has been imported by the Qitaihe Power Plant for the DCS distributed control system of its 350MW steam turbine unit. The coordined control system is a part of TPS system and is called MCS, which covers the complete automatic control at boilder's side and partial control system at turbine's side. The MCS realizes its control scheme by HPM (high-performance process manager). The coordinated control system of 350MW unit in Qitaihe Power Plant is analyzed, and related control scheme and logic relation is presented.
