Neonatal Pneumonia:Analysis of Pathogens and Nursing Measure

Objective:To study the distribution of pathogens about neonates pneumonia and the nursing measure.Methods:One hundred and nine neonates with pneumonia were statistically analyzed and the pathogens were detected from Jul 2008 to Jun 2009.Result:89 G- 79.5%(E.coli 47.3%,Klebsiella pneumonia 18.0%)and 23 G+ 20.5%(Staphylococcus aureus Rosenbach 15.2%)bacteria were isolated from 112 strains.Conclusions:The distribution of pathogens about neonates pneumonia is different from other crowed.We must take special care of neonates.
