Studies on Use of NMR for the Aromatic Electrophilic Substitution Reaction

The aromatic electrophilic substitution reaction was studied using NMR for the first time.On the base of substituents effects on the benzene,the orientation effect and reactivity was analysised quantitatively.This method may mostly predict the aromatic electrophilic substitution reaction.
